Yup, just Quaker Quick oats. Make sure you get the Quick or Instant oats though. The regular rolled or cut oats need to be cereal mashed first before you can add them to a partial mash or AG mash.

Oats do need some sort of mash to convert the starches, however. Steep oats might get you some betaglutens in the wort, but mostly you'll be getting oat starch (flour).
