Shot a video of the Saison Du Mont I brewed yesterday. This was done about 18 hours in to primary fermentation. I keep dark t-shirts over the carboys when I'm not shooting pr0n. Meant to also mention that I purged the secondary fermenter with CO₂ before dry hopping that. Figured someone would mention the head space . This also shows pretty well the effect of 5 Star Defoamer on the krausen.
