1st batch of larger complete but larger very cloudy, 1st mistake after reading threads I put yeast into the boiling water then added the cold water every thread saying killed of the yeast so after 5 days no bubbles from airlock & added new sachet of yeast and left for another 7 days. Hydro reading 1.000 but larger now very cloudy and 1/2 inch thick sediment at bottom of fermenter but primmed & bottled anyway and just after 1 day top of bottle getting clear & looks like sediment heading to bottom of bottle. Wil this be safe to drink or could there be a bacterial problem ? please advise

Thank you

A hydrometer reading of 1.000 is water, so it sounds like you made a mistake somewhere (I'm guessing with the reading.) And yes, you will typically have a bit of sediment at the bottom of your bottles. Use Irish Moss at the end of your boil to clear your beer up a bit.
