My next beer is going to be a blonde that is dry hopped. I want this to come out crystal clear so I'm going to cold crash and use finings. Is the best way to do this 1) dry hop, use finings, then cold crash 2) dry hop, cold crash, then finings, or 3) use finings, dry hop, cold crash? Or is there a better way?

What I have been doing lately that seems to be working very well is leaving my beer in primary for 3-4 weeks and letting the yeast clean up. Then I cold crash. Last night my IIPA with 9 oz of dry hops came out crystal clear. I haven't used finings.
