I ordered some hops from hopsdirect on the 15th, and I got a confirmation email that says they will get the shipping price and then tell me the total cost. It is now almost a week later and I haven't heard anything else and haven't received any hops, but I have been billed. I sent them an email on the 18th, and have no response from that either. Has anyone used them before and had this happen, or have any advice for me.
