Greetings from Northern CA`

Hello and greetings everyone, nice to find a forum with likeminded (i hope at least) brewers. Let me introduce myself, I am a 29 year old male, having just started out with my very first batch of Mr. Beer (sit down sit down, reserve cheer to the end hehe)

What brings me to this forum is the fact that while Mr. Beer was an interesting first attempt, it was not what I wanted to do. I was more interested in the process of brewing beer, an not just adding a can of X to gallon of Y and ending up with results Z, with no ability to tweak the recipe.

I look forward to interesting chats and learning from others who share my interest in brewing the perfect pint of beer.
