Hi all, been lurking for a few days.

Got a Mr Beer for X-Mas (my Wifee) very exited, it has been fermenting for a week,

While waiting for the fermentation to exhaust, I have been reading, reading, reading.

Picked up a couple of 4 Gallon PETE Carboys at Home Depot Yesterday...

Maybe I have read too much, lol.

Going to try starting some apfelwein on Tuesday while waiting for Mr Beer to finish. LOL, if my wife only knew what she unleashed!!!
