About 2 weeks ago, I brewed Midwest's Boundary Waters Wheat. It calls for an oz of hops at 2 minutes. Well, I got distracted and forgot to make the hop addition. Since it was only a 2 minute addition, should I just not worry about it, or should I dry hop for a day or two to try and get some of the aeromatics back, or will it be too much?

I would take a sample, see what you think of the current state, then dry-hop it to get where you want it to be.

If you have an oz left over that you didn't use, I would say definitely dry hop it for a few days.

Will be great! :mug:
