Ive just started getting into homebrewing. Theres not many great beers around my area in southern Louisiana so I figured it would be a good experience to make my own. I ordered http://morebeer.com/view_product/15910/102142 along with a 7 gallon kettle pot and the amber ale extract kit to hopefully get me started which should be arriving this afternoon! Looking forward to getting into the hobby.

Yeah Abita is about the only good thing around these parts. I used to love it but now Abita Amber tends to be a bit too malty for my tastes. I like a bit more hop in my beer.
