Greetings from Cottleville. I am just entering the home brewing world. I started a British brown ale last weekend. After fretting the last couple of days over the lack of activity in my fermenation lock, some of the posts in the new brewer's forum have helped me relax and not worry. In a few weeks, I'll complete the trifecta and have a homebrew.
