- Strong malt back bone with a moderate citrus and fruit flavor.
Alright guys this is my first time here. Tips are appreciated and if I missed something let me know.

0.5 lb C60
0.25 lb Brown Malt
0.15 lb Roasted Barley
Mash 158 for 60 min, Mashout with 168. Sparged for total 6.5gal in BK
Boil Schedule: Time:
0.5oz Cascade FWH ###
1.0oz Nugget 60 min
1.0oz Glacier 10 min
1 lb Dark Brown Sugar 10 min
Whirlfloc Tablet x 1 10 min
1.0oz Glacier 2 min
Chill and add Yeast Ferment at 66-68 Degrees
2 weeks later I transfer to Keg and Dryhop 1oz Palisade Hops. I leave this in the keg until it is empty(generally no more than 3 weeks).
This was an adaptation of a MW recipe that I like how it turned out. Started with a good base and went from there. It is a sneaky drink though. Goes down so smooth but will creep up on you fast.
Name, So it was originally a gift that I was going to name Big Brown Ass with a picture of a large brown donkey for a label. Well it was later decided that this may not be appropriate especially as the little ones around pick up these things faster than we realize. SO it was renamed to Donkey Butt and it is known by that to my family who love it.
One of my favorites goes great with spicy foods or by itself. Enjoy
