I pitched this yeast at 75F, but the wort dropped down to 43, it's now at a steady 50. Should I make a starter and pitch? again raise the temp of the wort or am I just boned?
If it isn't active, rouse the yeast by shaking it and wait at least 3 days to take a hydrometer reading. If the gravity hasn't changed by that time, it will be worth repitching.
