Just a quick question. We lost all 15 gallons of our brew due to loss of temperature control. rather then spending tons of money to get a new AC/HEATING unit could we get just use a ground freezer?
Our buddy who homebrews uses a big freezer chest that fits 3 carboys in it for fermentation. He has a regulator hooked to the power source so that he can set the temperature in the freezer to any temp he wants and the regulator will keep it within 2 degrees of the setting. Will this work? Any input is appreciated. I cant afford to go all out and i really dont want to lose my ability to brew. Thanks again!
