I brewed my pumpkin ale about a month ago and I am in the process of cold crashing it now. My question is in Beersmith they have the function that lets you account for the amount of CO2 dissolved when you bottle. The beer was just sitting out after primary was completed at about 75 degrees. Should I use the 75 degrees when I run Beersmith? Or the temp after cold crashing?

Use the temperature at which the bottles will be conditioned at for the first few weeks of carbing.
