found a professional sanitizer machine from dad old meat shop can i use this????

well i went over to my dad's house yesterday looking for some of my tools that i don't have room to store at my house. and i went through some old boxes that he was going to throw out when i came across a SANITIZER MACHINE machine from his old meat shop that he used to own. it is all ss piping and has 3 ball lock's one to run straight hot water trough. and the 2nd and 3rd hook up to any bottle or bucket filled with whatever you put in it. this could really help me clean all my equipment. it has been sitting for 10 years so i'm going break it down and clean in and put new food grade hoses the run to the sanitizing and or pbw containers from the ball lock valves. what do you guys think???????
