C02 Leak From Moving Tank?

I took my co2 tank out of the fridge to seal up another keg and then put it back in the fridge when I was done.

A few hours later I opened up the fridge and heard a hissing sound coming from the tank!

I located the spot which turned out to be the main nut (big one on the tank).

Did this happen because of it being out of the fridge for a little while or because I carried it wrong? I typically carry it by picking up on it from underneath that area.

Seemed weird.

Could have been loose all along and just messing with it might have loosened it up enough to leak? Did you tighten it back up and fix it?

Yes. Tight now bu seems weird that it went off.

You do have a gasket between the tank and the regulator, yes?
