I have a brown ale in thhe second fermantation carboy. All has been quiet with no CO2 for about a week and a half. The other daay I nnticed that the yeaast were eating agin and have some CO2 now for a couple days. Should I wait till is stops to bottle or go ahheaad and bottle.
Total time in both carboys has been about three weeks?
thanks all

Yeast activity can't be measured by CO2 production in a homebrew context. The only way to know that your yeast is eating again is if your gravity has dropped. Now would be a great time check your gravity, and if you're near your expected FG you can bottle.
