Recommend a brewing stand/system ??

I use a Blichmann Top Tier and it has worked great for me. It's not as sexy as some of the Brutus 10 clones but it works great.

I like the weldless brewstand I built. I got the specs and parts list from these two threads.

I think with pumps, weldless fittings, cam-locks, burners, propane pipe & regulators, I spent around $600. that way you can afford to get a big upright freezer, a grain mill, a conical, and lots and lots of ingredients.

Can you really get a Blickman System for 2 grand? I thought yoi had to take out a mortgage for them. If you're handy I suggest you build your own. There have been so many designs posted on HBT. Welded, weldless, and wood have all been done.
