Being new thought I would say hi I’m new to home Brewing and thanks to your site a have decided what kit I need and am now just waiting for it to be delivered
Although new to making my own beer I work at a brewery in the bottling hall
I’m sure I will be posting more in the coming weeks asking for advice.

be careful with this one as you've mentioned 'tasting' and 'acquiring a few crown caps' in your post - don't give the game away to your bosses. You should at least attempt to wrestle 8 tonnes of S/S Brewing gear out of the place before they suss you!

Hi my job is varied I do Tanker intake, Beer transfer, analytical testing
(Abv, pg, og, Co2, So2, Do2 Haze, Ph, Colour, Tpo,) and my favourite tasting
Also running the filler, labeller and packaging machines. Obviously not all at the same time
I wont say which brewery I work at but it’s a very old one and under its current owners we Brew and bottle some of the UK’s most popular ales and lagers as well as Exporting million of bottles to the US and the rest of the world.
