So, I set a buddy of mine up with a kegerator to dispense commercial beer. Here's his system:
When he pulls a beer, it comes out super fast. There's no foam in the line, but his glass/growler is ALL foam. He usually buys 1/6 barrels (which seem to produce much less foam), but he currently has a 1/2 barrel and it's so foamy it's undrinkable.
Any ideas or suggestions?
- Full fridge (top freezer left untouched)
- CO2 tank inside
- Keg Cowboy primary regulator set to 10 PSI
- sanke US coupler
- 9 ft of 3/16" beer line
- Perlick faucet
- 4" shank
