cracked into my first batch today

I'm a bit early with this but I can't wait I must try it. I made an americal cream ale and bottled it a week ago. The taste is wonderful! the carbonation needs improving but I'm early it will get better and it pretty clear a bit of what looks like a chill haze and the head retention wasn't the best but again it's only a week old and if this is the best it gets I'm still happy with it and will drink it and share it proudly.

Nice! Just placed a cream ale in the primary on monday. If you dont mind, what was your OG reading, and how long did you primary/secondary? My OG was 1.053.

Congrats! It will only get better with time, and the next batch will be even better!

My OG was 1.048 and FG was 1.015 it was in the primary for 1 week and the secondary for about the same I was a bit impatient.
