Strong wine?

Hi,

I am doing a very simple wine experiment by fermenting about 2 1/2 gallons of 100% grapejuice. Will this be too strong? should I add some water at bottle time?

Thanks for any advice.
 
It shouldn't be strong at all. Grape juice does have some fermentable sugar, but not all that much. My Welch's recipe is about 12% ABV, but I add table sugar to it to boost it up. Without the table sugar added, you should be in the 8% neighborhood, possibly less.
