So I made a simple calculator on Google Docs, an Extract Conversion Calculator, but the results keep rounding to whole numbers even though I have it set to display .00 decimals.

Can anyone look and see what I'm doing wrong?

In all my google docs spreadsheets, hitting the "123" button in the toolbar allows to change the decimal points shown. Since your doc is read only, I can't change it to see if that'll work in your sheet.
