I've been getting way off from what beersmith claims my SRM would be. My red that's fermenting now is really close to a yellow. My rochefort is a dark brown but with some amber and a fair amount of clarity, but beersmith said it would be pitchblack. So, I guess I can't really trust beersmith? Anyone have a better recommendation for predicting SRM on your AG batches?
