Bee's Knee's Bottled

I bottled my Bee's Knee's Honey Wheat. I tasted the sample after the hydrometer and this is the smoothest beer I have had. It measured out to be lower in alcohol than it was supposed to. My OG was 1.041 and FG was 1.010 which equals to 4%. It was supposed to be 5%. OG was supposed to be 1.043 and no FG was stated. Either way my wife has said its her beer and she has 53 bottles to drink after 7-10 days in the bottle. All in all for my third batch it is the best.

I forgot that it was done on the stove top. I used bottled water instead of my well water.
