I have Columbus, Amarillo, and Citra hops in the freezer. I don't want to make another IPA. What else can I make with these hops..?

I've done a couple "American Bitters" with Citra and then Columbus/Chinook. Go easy on the specialty malts (just .5 lb of medium-light crystal), OG 1.040-1.045, ~40 IBUs, then blast it with hops in the last few minutes of the boil (plus a healthy dry hop). Ferment with American Ale yeast, drink it fresh.
