HBT!

A heck of a lot better than working while here. Think they'll call my name if I start surfing porn?

They got desktops sitting over there and there is an access point but it doesn't seem to be working. VZW Broadband access is pretty snappy at the infamous burst to 1.5mb theorerical. Or whatever they're touting nowadays. I'm bored, I'll kill the vpn and do a speed test.

No doubt. I've done it in a pinch.
I wish VZW would stop pimping gangsta ringtones and texting and start supporting the tier between full business data customers and those of us that want some internet access occasionally but don't want to pony up $90/Month (in addition to voice) for a data plan.

Or not. So guys like us can keep ripping them off.

Business pd phone. All in the name of research. Think I pay about $110 per mo after the 18% discount cuz of the millions we spend with them (WAN/LD). I used to have the PC Card but opted just to do the tether couple months ago. I don't use it that much and people can't ask to borrow my card anymore. Hmm, didn't know it could be hacked. Or maybe I do recall that.

Guess I'm 6 miles away from Parsippany, NJ. 391k DL speed so says dslreports.com.

Show up to jury selection in full Klingon gear. You're guaranteed to be one of, if not the first one shown the door.

LOL - I figured I'd go realty with my avatar. But the vid said I'd have to take my hat off when called into the judge/lawyers. Maybe my buddy the defense lawyer is running this case. That'd work.

I'm going on 3hrs sleep with a bit of a hangover; I doubt they'll be impressed.

So far I've been lucky, three years here and haven't been called up once. In California, it was every year. At least they finally installed an automated check-in, so you don't burn the whole week.

Don't know if the local courthouse has wifi. I doubt it though, not that my laptop has a battery anyway. Or wifi. It hasn't moved from its docking station since I plugged it in in 2004.

I was called a couple of years ago. The guy was busted for selling crack within close proximity to a playground. I was pressed and dressed and within one minute of assessing me the Defendant's attorney dismissed me.

I wouldn't have minded serving though.
