Let Carboy soak in StarSan?

Would there be any disadvantage to letting the cleaned carboys soak with starsan in them for a week or so? Wouldn't it just keep it clean and kill any bad bugs without causing any harmful effects to the beer when you decide to rack to it?
 
Also, with StarSan, you can get away with using a small amount and shaking carefully your carboy around. It just needs some contact time with the foam for about 30 seconds or so, so a full carboy soak is really overkill.
