I read the thread on washed yeast, and you even up with those four small ball jars of yeast. Any idea how many cells one of those ball jars would yield or how you'd figure that out?
If the yeast are really compacted hard, you have about 8 billion cells/mL. If it's loosely compacted, you have 5-7 billion/mL. If it looks like a white labs tube when you shake it up, it's 3 billion/mL.
