Opened one of my first batch just now. Two weeks + in bottles with good temps and flat as a pancake. I know 3 weeks @ 70 degrees but 2+ weeks should have SOME right? Corn sugar was old but in a factory sealed bag.

Steve, some beers take a lot of time to carb up. Don't sweat it, just drink one or two per week until you are satisfied (then drink away). They will carb up.

Ok. Tasted good to me. Son tasted it and about hurled. But then again he thinks corona is the best beer ever!

I had a random batch of beer that didn't get fizzy for 3 months! Not sure why...I guess a very low yeast count made it into the bottles? Anyways don't fret...it'll get there. And in the meantime your beer should age quite nicely.
