I am just checking on something that I am sure is pretty obvious.. This is from EdWorts Bavarian Hefe recipe.

--------------------------------------------------

Bavarian Hefeweizen 5.5 Gallon

7# German Wheat
4# German Pils
.5# Rice Hulls (if needed to prevent stuck mash)
--------------------------------------------------

Are these quantities as simple as lbs?

7 lbs German Wheat
4 lbs German Pils
.5 lbs Rice Hulls

I was pretty sure they refer to lbs, but I am not 100% sure. I thought I would ask before I order my ingredients. :drunk:

# is a common shortcut for pound mass. You'll definitely see that used a lot around here.
