Trois Pistoles from AHS questions

SWMBO is going out of town after the 4th.

So I just ordered my first kits from AHS. Trois Pistoles, Fat Tire and Maple wheat.

Trois Pistoles is refermented in the bottle. Would it be okay to put in a keg, or should I bottle it?

Should I repitch it a few days before bottling/kegging?

If yes, should I make another starter?

How long should this condition? My guess is 8-9 months.

Yes, you can keg it. No need to repitch, either in bottles or kegs. Even if you were to repitch, no starter necessary (you don't need nearly as much yeast for conditioning as for fermentation). And you probably don't need 8-9 months for conditioning, but it wont hurt.

yeah, i'd let that sucker age! sounds fantastic...i was thinking of doing that clone myself from Beer Captured.
