Fermentation Cooler Plans?

The "Son of Fermentation Cooler" plans by Ken Schwartz are often talked about, but the PDF for those plans is no longer available on his website (his website appears to be gone). All the old discussions about the plans have links that are now broken.

Anyone know of a good step by step or new link where I can find the plans?

I have one of these that i made 2 or three years ago, works great. Make sure the lid and front panel are tight fitting or you will go through tons of frozen jugs. I plan to redo one of these and make it with a wooden exterior to make it more friendly on the eyes. My wife calls it the big pink box she hates it
