So, I could soak a rag in Star San. then take that with a spray bottle full of Star San and sanitize the counter tops and floor in my kitchen?

Or am I better off just using a Bleach solution??

Either will work, but for spraying I prefer the Star San. Spraying bleach around can create some very irritating chlorine fumes. I tried it once on the bathroom shower tile and won't be doing that again!

I love Star San. When properly diluted it's great either straight up or on the rocks with a slice of lime.:rolleyes:
