Hey guys, I've got Light LME, roasted barley, black patent malt, six or seven different types of pellet hops.

What combination of these would make the best stout? Doesn't have to be really bitter.....really black is nice.....

What kind of stout are you thinking.... dry, sweet, oatmeal..... bunch of diffeernt kinds. Made a chocalate stout once.....hmmm......

5-7 pounds of extract
1/2 lb roasted barley
4 oz. black patent

Steep barley & black patent for 30 minutes in a gallon of 160F water

10 AA of bitter hops 60 min.
10 AA aroma hops 30 min.
