Several brewing supply websites have Pilsen or Pils extract which, from what I can find is a mixture of Carapils and Pilsner, with a majority of the mixture being Pilsner malt.
If I were to purchase a Pilsner/carapils mixture, would simply putting "Pilsner Liquid Extract" in beersmith be sufficient? Or should I need to put some sort of ratio of pilsner and carapils in this situation? I can't seem to find 100% Pilsner extract, unless I'm overlooking something.
