Im about to brew the Grand Cru Belgian from MWS any suggestions?

This is going to sit in primary for about 4 weeks then im going to bottle it up and i deploy for 6 months.
Im going to add a extra 1/2 pound of honey to the boil to increase the abv a bit.

Thanks in advance.

Made this kit 9-5-12 SG was 1.065 did a gravity reading today came up at 1.014. I will leave it in the primary for another week and rack to a carboy. Im hoping the yeast will get it down to 1.010 or lower. Right now as it sits its 6.7%

How did yours turn out?
