Washed some yeast (or tried to) a couple of weeks ago. I think that we ended up with a lot of trub in the jars. We did not see a lot of seperation either in the bucket or in the first jar before transferring to smaller jars. Is the yeast still going to keep, or would the trub jeopordize the viability of the yeast? Any possibility of nasty off-flavours?
