With my very simple cider I have cold crashes it and now am looking to back sweeten. My first try I did it with apple concentrate and I didn't like how it made it taste. So this next attempt I want to try brown sugar.
Here are my questions:
1. Since I have already cold crashed - is this ok without messing anything up?
2. I will be leaving it in the fridge after adding the brown sugar, so it shouldn't start fermenting again right ?
3. Has anyone else back sweetened with brown sugar and can you tell me how it tasted compared to other ways you have tried to back sweeten.
4. Will I create carbonation by adding the brown sugar even though its staying in the fridge ?
Thanks in advance !
