Simply Stout- DRY
I bottled 5 gallons and kegged 5 gallons. I was on vacaton during secondary fermetation, and neglected to cold condition this stout, the beer came out great and is aging well on tap. For kicks I added 1.5% of choclate malt to this, and it added some nice flavor. This is a true testament that basic stouts are easy to brew.
