What is this white stuff

Racked my cider last weekend. Within a few days this stuff appeared.

It was a lot thicker two days ago. If you shake it it is small pieces that float. It did bubble a little for a day a few days after racking, if that matters.
 
It's yeast, and co2 from racking...it looks like it may even be krausening a bit. Which means fermentation was probably still going or at least stuck before you racked it and moving it kicked up the yeast and got it going again.
 
I added some more apple juice because I suspected the yeast hibernated due to temp. I guess the additional sugar and a rise in temp jump started things. I broke a lot of rules on this batch. It's gonna be cloudy but as long as its safe and tastes good it's good until the next batch is ready. Thanks.
