Planning a recipe for a CDA/Black IPA/American Style Black Ale, or whatever it is being called these days.

Has anyone had experience with Cascade+Amarillo for late hopping and dry hopping? If so, what did you think of that combo?

Thanks!

EDIT: FWIW, I plan to FWH with Warrior. My current design is 7.1% ABV and 75 IBUs.

I agree. I've used Amarillo a lot in the past and it is a favorite of mine.

I've never used it with cascade, just centennial, but it should be very similar.

Let is know how it turn out.
