Anyone have a Founders Breakfast Stout clone that is decently close? Also could I achieve thid with an extract brew since I don't currently have a all grain setup?

BYO Mag has an outstanding recipe I brewed once. One thing to note. It will really change favors over time as the coffee which is very strong in the beginning will die and chocolate will take over. It will need a good 2 months to age. . . . If you can wait.

Props on the BYO recipe; I've yet to make this myself. A buddy of mine tried it and it was phenomenal. It was relatively young and yes, the coffee was a little dominant. Very smooth otherwise. If only he didn't live 1200 miles away.

*That is to say, a buddy of mine brewed it and I tried it.
