Well...thought this was worth a post...just hit the 100 gal mark (20th 5gal batch).

Always thought I would be using an electric build for AG batches by this point but I have been limited by time and budget...darn budget...hah

This is the weizenbier kit from brewers best but I am adding some honey and lemon zest..possibly some coriander... Gotta get this brewed up for the beach in Aug....should go well with sand in my swimsuit.

Congratulations!!

Good on ya!

Neebee!!!!! HA! When I started I did about 24 5 gallon batchs in the first year... After brewing for 10 years I recently started all-grain and have gone a bit over board... So about 80 gallons so far this year. My only problem (if it is a problem) I have too much high gravity beer in the house and I can't drink it fast enough so I can brew more... I take beer to a party each year so I will getting rid of 25 Gallions and that will free up 5 kegs.... I am planning on working out a English Mild recipe so I can have three pints each evening and not worry about any ileffects... Happy Brewing.

Hah I wil have to start inviting you to parties, then.

I am working on a 10gal elecctric build folowing Kals design so I have no doubt the output volume will be increasing quite a bit from here.
