Hey Everyone,
I know the plastic vs glass debate has raged endlessly and if I had the $$ at the moment I would go buy a heap of glass but I don't.
I am trying to make a number of 10L brews (trying various cider ideas) in a very tight space. So I have found these 15L water bottles in my local supermarket.
They are type 2 plastic (same as plastic fermenters). But they are a bit thinner. But I can easily fit 4 of them in the space I have available.
Would they be ok?
