I am going to brew an expected 9% ABV. I would rather use a starter than double pitch just to save 7 bucks. I have made a pretty standard starter a few times in the past (about 1 L or so) so I know what to do on that front. But I will probably need a bigger one for this brew, what would you recommend? How much DME and Water? Basically I need the appropriate quantities for a beer this big.
