I need to free up some fermenter space but I'm just now starting cold crashing at 35 degrees. Does anyone know what the minimum time required is for knocking most of the yeast out of suspension? Safale US-05 if it matters.

Yeah, when I "rush" I do 2 days. When I have more time, I do like a week...or more.

US-05 can be a bit stubborn sometimes but yeah 2 days at 32 is better then nothing and should be mostly if not fully clear by then.

I guess that's what I wanted out of it, to stay in suspension and dry out the beer as much as possible.
