That is a pretty good deal. It is everything you need. The only thing to consider is whether or not you can get that CO2 tank refilled. If you have to exchange it you will get an ugly steel one back, and that tank won't be worth the money.
 
i found it cheaper to get my conversion kit from beveragefactory.com and the keg from keg connection...it was only like 15 cheaper but **** im a college student and anything helps
