i brewed a batch of all grain hefeweizen the other day and forgot to add my wirfloc tablts to the boil kettle. its in the fermenter now, can i still add it?

You actually should have purposely left it out. Good job! Hefe's are supposed to be cloudy, otherwise it becomes a Crystal Weisse.

kind of similar: i forgot to add my whirfloc until about 2-3 mins left in the boil instead of 15... will this harm anything? or just not have the same clarifying effect?
Im pretty sure 2-3 mins in boiling water is more than time for it to dissolve completely.
