So Ive been brewing for years and have made numerous styles but never a pumpkin ale. I found a recipe on here that sounded good and had lots of good feedback. So spilt it in half to make 2.75 gallon batch just to try it out. below is the recipe I have and steps. Let me know what you think, if there are any tweaks that might help.

5# us 2 row
.50# crystal 60L
.50# victory malt
.50# light brown sugar
1-unspiced pure pumkin 29oz can
1oz Hallertauer 60min
1oz hallertauer 5min
.50oz pumpkin pie spice 10min
rice hulls for mash
american ale yeast

Mash @ 155F for 60 min
sparge to boil volume

Guess three weeks primary, and bottle. how long will it take to condition? couple months or so? Also what should the carb level be? low, moderate or high?
